30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    •    Unworn and unused

    •    In original condition

    •    Returned with the original shoe box and packaging

Items showing signs of wear (creases, dirt, scuffing, or damage) will not be eligible for a refund.

Free Exchanges (Size & Fit Guarantee)

Not the right size? No problem.

We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit. Simply reach out with in the first 30 days and we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

    •    Refunds are issued to your original payment method

    •    Please allow up to 7 business days for processing

Return Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs for free.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

    •    Your order number

    •    A brief description of the issue

    •    Photos of the item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
